- All telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing by e-mail or fax and guaranteed by credit card or deposit through bank transfer or money order.

Check-in before 7 pm. After that hour we need to be advised at the phone number 0575 – 958605. Check-out before 10 am.
- Extra beds
Kids under 3 years of age will be accommodated free of charge (sleeping in small beds)
Kids under 12 years of age will be accommodated at a rate of Euro 20,00 per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed)
Kids over 12 years of age will be accommodated at a rate of Euro 30,00 per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed)

Unregistered guests may not sleep in the estate without the express approval of the owner.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS

- In case of booking cancellation
- For cancellation received 2 days before the date of arrival there will be no charge.
- A one night penalty will be charged on all rooms for cancellations received later than 4 days from the date of arrival.
- In case of no show a 100% penalty will be charged on all rooms booked.

GENERAL RULES FOR APARTMENTS |
- All telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing by e-mail or fax and guaranteed by a 30% deposit through bank transfer.
- Check-in time is from 4 to 7 pm barring unforeseen circumstances that should be promptly communicated. Apartments should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APARTMENTS |
In case of booking cancellation:
- From date of reservation to 16 days prior to arrival 30% of total amount will be retained.
- From 15 days prior to arrival to 8 days prior to arrival 50% of total amount will be retained.
- From 7 days prior to arrival 100% of total amount will be retained.
